“At the time of inspection, LS spoke with Provider and Co-Provider, who stated that a two year old child enrolled in care (now disenrolled since February) had a severe biting issue that endangered other children in care. In order to complete simple tasks such as answering the door, the child would be placed in a chair with a buckle in order for the child to stay in place and not bite other children or approved staff members. LS discussed that the provider cannot use bodily restraint of a child.”
