      Use zones are extended by at least six feet in all directions from the perimeter of indoor climbing equipment, and the use zone surfacing is constructed of material that has an American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) rating for the critical fall height of the equipment. The use zone surfacing shall be securely fixed in place;
