      Regulation 3.3.5: The licensee, staff, and auxiliary staff shall be trained in prevention, identification and mandatory reporting of child abuse and neglect.

      “Eight staff members listed on the associated parties list do not have documentation of having completed the Protecting Vermont's Children mandated reporter training in BFIS. Additionally, this documentation has not been provided in the days following the visit. Corrective Action: Ensure that all staff members who are required to complete this training do so, and send the completion certificates to Northern Lights at professional.development@ccv.edu for entry into BFIS accounts. Please copy elaine.crawford@vermont.gov on the emails you send to Northern Lights.”
