LS emailed the provider that a medical report still needed to be submitted to the office of child care for this particular substitute. At the time of the inspection LS was given a copy of the subs medical report. At the time of the complaint inspection, the provider gave the LS a completed medical report for the substitute who had not been cleared yet.”

“LS conducted a complaint inspection in which the fire inspector reported the providers sub was caring for 8 children in an area of the home (basement that was not approved for childcare. ) At the time of the complaint inspection, LS asked the provider if the children were in the basement and the provider stated that they were and the children were moved from the basement to the living room. LS informed the provider that the basement had not been approved and that the children could not be downstairs. Provider stated that the fire inspector was supposed to be coming to approve the basement.”
