“The OCC received a complaint alleging that a new resident moved into the family child care home. The complaint also alleges that the Additional Adult left the country for a considerable amount of time and never returned to the family child care home and this was not reported to the OCC. During questions directed at the Provider and the Additional Adult, the Licensing Specialist was informed by the Provider that two substitutes are no longer associated with the family child care. Both substitutes have an end date of December 31, 2025. The OCC was not notified of this change prior to the complaint investigation.”
