“During the Complaint Inspection the provider stated that she didn't call 911, after speaking with the parent because the parent stated that sweating and shaking happens home. Parent asked the provider to remove the child's clothes. The father called the provider and repeated the same information that the mother stated. Parent didn't come to pick up the child until 4:25 pm. LS explained to the provider that she should have called 911.”
