470 IAC 3-4.5-3(b) Plumbing and Sewage Disposal. All plumbing fixtures shall discharge into a public sanitary sewer whenever available within a reasonable distance, or when soil conditions prohibit the construction of an adequate on-site system. Any on-site sewage treatment system shall meet the requirements of 410 IAC 6-10. If a discharging sewage treatment system is to be constructed, it shall meet the requirements of the department of environmental management.
