“At time of follow up inspection, on 6/4, the water sample was observed to test positive for TC. A second water sample was taken on 6/8, which also tested positive for TC. A nitrate sample was also taken on 6/4, which came back at 6.62. The operator chlorinated her well and the a third sample was taken on 6/24. Test results for third sample were received on 6/29, the water sample tested negative for TC/E. coli.”
