“The caller does not have a child that attends the center , but they were on Instagram and noticed two workers actively on the clock vaping or smoking and dancing and dancing inappropriately inside the classroom with the children recording it and posting it on line. The individuals have on work shirts with the center's name on it. The videos were posted about 40 minuets before posting. Director stated to LS that she spoke to one of the workers in the video who told the director that it had been a while since the video was made and that the other employee iin the video took the picture. The worker told director that no children were involved in the video.”
