“Upon arrival LS was informed that 15 children were present however when LS reviewed the attendance book only 12 children were signed in. The Director showed LS the clipboard the program uses for attendance and it reflected 15 children. LS discussed with Director that the program is responsible for ensuring that all children are signed in and out daily and the Director and staff are responsible for ensuring parents complete this task and if parents do not sign their child in/out then the staff need to and then have a follow up conversation with the parents.
