Also, a memo was provided to all staff members on 12/9/21 to make sure all staff understand that they must be in compliance with these regulations (children on the facility premises and on facility excursions off the premises shall be supervised by a staff person at all times). We will provide supervision training on a regular basis to all staff members. We will make sure that all children are supervised by the staff at all times." The correction date given was 12/9/21. On 12/14/21, staff #1 left the classroom to answer the door, leaving the class unattended. Staff #2 left the infant room to greet the Certification Rep, leaving the room unattended.”
