“During the visit, the provider stated that she had not conducted any monthly evacuation drills This does not meet the requirements of this rule. Corrective Action: Immediately plan to conduct and record 2 evacuation drills for the months of January, February, and March of 2024. Develop a system which will prompt you to conduct and record 2 evacuation drills for the months of January, February, March of 2024 and then at least one evacuation drill per month moving forward. Include details of this system in the corrective action email.”
