“The school age playground has a gate facing the busy road that was not closing and latching properly. It appears that part of the gate is bent, preventing it from closing and latching properly. The director contacted a fencing company during the inspection and is having them come out to make the repair. The director is advised to notify the OCC once the repair has been made.”
