“The bathrooms on the three year old had a yellow stain on the wall behind the toilets, and entrance to the bathroom had dirt and crayons on the wall. The trash cans and step stools in the bathroom were dirty. The walls outside of the bathroom outside of the two year old rooms had chipping and peeling paint. Also, the drywall is cracking at the bottom of the walls.”
