“At time of inspection, the provider in the infant room stated that infants under the age of one sleep in swings. Corrected on site by educating proper safe sleep procedures at the time of the inspection. A handout on safe sleep procedures was also provided.”

“At time of inspection, the staff were washing bottles with soap and water but were omitting the required sanitization step. Provider corrected on site and moving forward the facility will be doing all washing and sanitizing in the kitchen with a chlorine solution”
