The complaint states that on 1.10.2025 a child had scratches on their rear end on the back of their legs and no one in the center seems to know who scratched the child. The child was then moved to a different classroom and the child's hair was cut but no one knows who cut it. The complaint also states that the child has a bald spot in the middle of the hairline. This regulation was discussed with the center.
