“LS observed the hot water temp close to 140. The provider thinks that the renters may have adjusted the temperature. During this inspection, the LS witnessed the provider change the hot water tank temp from close to very hot to low. The provider also states she will place a note on the tank as a reminder for the people upstairs to not adjust the temperature. Provider corrected on site by turning down hot water temperature to the lowest setting.”

“LS observed missing lead screenings for enrolled children. Some children's files have that the screen would be performed at 12mo of age but the children are now over 2y and there is no evidence on file of the screening. Provider states she will give the lead certificates to parents to have the doctor complete and return to her for the files. Provider is to send proof of correction/documentation to OCC ASAP.”
