“The Renewal Inspection was conducted on 10/11/2022. As of 11/2/2022, the facility has not yet demonstrated an operable fire detection system in the school building that they operate in. The school reported that do test the fire detection system when they conduct monthly fire drills. However, this is not done at least once every 30 days. The facility has been unable to obtain an annual testing report completed by a fire safety professional. The facility does not have proof of purchase/installation for the fire detection system.”
