Staff stated that during Child#2's allergic reaction due to Child#2's onsite exposure to nuts that required paramedics to be called, the staff acknowledged not knowing what symptoms required the administration of the Benadryl versus the EpiPen to be injected.”

The parent posting board, however, lists the names of 9 different individuals as Assistant Directors. In August 2025, Child #2 came in contact with another child's nut bar. Staff stated Child #2's eyes and lip area became red and the child's eyes, lips and tongue became swollen and the child had red spots on their chest. Staff stated the child's parents had provided the school with Benadryl and an EpiPen but at the time of the incident, the staff stated the Benadryl could not be located on the premises at the time of the incident. Staff stated Child #2's eyes and lip area became red and the child's eyes, lips and tongue became swollen and the child had red spots on their chest.
