Back bathroom B - vent over the toilet area is dusty; tan cove base molding is loose from the wall in the middle toilet stall. Sand Piper Classroom - Gray shelving unit is not anchored causing a potential tipping hazard; bottom of window frames in the classroom is dusty and dirty Elephant Classroom - a cracked floor tile is present near side wall closer to entrance of the classroom.”
