An investigation was conducted on November 9, 2021. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint for the Provider not being respectful when speaking to others because the provider denied she was disrespectful. This complaint is substantiated because the Provider told the parents, teacher, and therapist that the child s therapeutic services could not be provided in the child care home.”
