“Upon entry observed one child on a different level from the provider and licensing specialist asked about the child on the first level and was informed the child just came in and according to our regulations, the children can be checked on every 15 minutes and must be able to hear or see the child. Discussed that the child must also be on the same level so that immediate assistance can be remember and given to a child .”
