“Discussed with the family child care teacher that the provider must limit the total number of children in care at one time to the total child capacity stated on the certificate of registration. The provider states that on June 30, 2026, the father of one of her daycare children dropped off all of the children in this particular family because one of the children were rushed to the hospital the previous day due to an erupted appendix. The father was heading to the hospital to re leave the children's mother who immediately came to pick up the children from the daycare. The provider states the children were picked up within the hour. The provider states 4 of the children are not enrolled and are not a part of her daycare program.”
