On the outdoor playground, there was a large pile of tree branches near the student's bike path causing a potential tripping hazard. 2. In the Dragonflies and Ladybugs classroom, there were push pins located in a drawer accessible to children. 3. In the Spiders classroom, there were push pins, safety pins, screw nails, and a nail clipper in a drawer accessible to children.”
