“LS observed a small round sink hole in the ground covered by a child's toy piano.LS observed evidence of a water hose on the ground, wire fencing, a large, tall metal vase, large planting pots, twelve bottles of gardening bottles for fertilizing, weed and feed etc. LS observed evidence of a swing and climb rope attached to a tree branch. As of today, the swing and climb is off limits for all daycare children. LS discussed with the provider and provider's husband that the side yards, gardening areas, both sheds are off limits to daycare children. LS discussed with the provider and provider's husband that the children cannot pass the tree stump and the children must stay in the center of the backyard for outside play only. Must correct immediately and send pictures to LS.”
