“During the inspection, LS observed two individuals that work for the transportation company that transports the children to and from the center, come inside the back of the center to use the children's restroom. The center currently does not have a staff restroom because of the hours of operation, and upon licensure, the center was informed that adults and staff would need to use the bathroom at another location. A center licensed for the first time shall provide at least one toilet facility restricted to use by adults that is equipped with a toilet, sink, and toilet supplies, except that this requirement does not apply to small centers or programs that operate 2 and 1/2 hours or less per session per day.”
