Questions from providers
How much does it cost?
Verified $29.99 once, Pro $39.99 a month or Enrollment $59.99 a month, in US dollars. Verified is a one-time payment. Pro and Enrollment renew each month until you cancel.
Is there a free plan?
No. Your listing from the state record stays on DaycarePal either way, and anyone can report a wrong phone number or hours for free through our contact form. A plan is for providers who want to manage the page themselves.
Can I change or hide my inspection record?
No. The state record is shown as the state publishes it on every plan. If you think it is wrong, contact the state licensing agency; if our copy does not match the state's, tell us and we fix it.
Will my listing rank higher?
It is listed above unclaimed daycares in your town. Providers on paid plans are listed first, then A to Z by name. We do not rank daycares.
How do you check that I run the daycare?
When you claim, you confirm your role at the daycare: license holder, director or authorized representative. Claims are reviewed, and a claim made without authority is revoked.
How soon can I edit my page?
As soon as you create your account after payment. Your changes show on your page, marked as provided by the business.
My daycare is not listed. Can I add it?
Yes. Choose a plan, create your account, then add your daycare with its state license number. We check it against the state record and publish it, already claimed to you.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Pro and Enrollment are monthly and you can cancel at any time; everything stays on until the end of the month you paid for. Verified is a one-time payment, with nothing to cancel.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are final, with one exception: if you add a daycare that is not listed yet and we decline to publish it, we refund you in full.
